Goodness Inside

Image
Tiger lily in Boffin's gardens, Saskatoon, 2021 Remind yourself everyday of the goodness inside of you. ~ Peter Renner The people of neighbouring countries to the Ukraine are pouring out their kindness and generosity by welcoming refugees into their homes -- supporting, feeding them in this time of violence, and unimaginable trauma. "May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, actions and words of my own life, contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all." ~ Translation of traditional Vedic verse often said at the end of yoga classes.
