Feeling Lucky?
Do you know any lucky people with " horseshoes up their .....?" A good measure of luck is totally random, like winning a lottery. But, have you wondered if lucky folks somehow generate their own good fortune? "Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity." ~ attributed to Seneca Studies have shown that luck is often about being prepared and receptive to opportunities, but also a mindset. I recall an experiment where a $20 bill was planted on a street and many walked by without noticing. The lucky spotted it. Lucky people notice chance opportunities, but also create them. Perhaps they prepare by researching and saving money for a travel adventure, or by taking a class. They might volunteer or share their talents somewhere and that leads to other chance opportunities or friendships.
